This was the last and only picture I took just piror to killing the clutch, I think. Two blocks from my home where theres no house's and a straight strip of road next to a 12 acre park is where I do some testing on this car as far as launch techniques, heating tires, etc. 
I was going for a new SIG picture of a front drivers side angle shot, with the front wheels turned like they are in this picture and having the car do a massive power brake with the whole back in up in smoke ( done this before ), only this time, I went to let off the clutch and hold the brake at 5500rpm's and the back wheels didn't spin like before, it was all disc spinning and burning. So I let off and was like " Ho shit ", you could smell it bad,,,,lol. So sure as shit, I went to put it in first and now all I get is motor rev and the Rpm's go up, but the car does not move. So luckily me and my brother ( one w/ 01 TA ) pushed it back the two blocks to where my house was. So since I got a new tranny for it anyway now and the other one has to come down, I'm going to look at the disc and see what's up with it. My car is not a daily driver and again, very, very little miles on this one. But if I pull it and it's messed up, I'm going with the RPS Carbon this next time. I'm not messing with this crap any longer. I'm getting the impression that the strong racing type clutches just are not strong enough and I don't know how some of you or the guys with 500+ LBS of TQ make them last so long. One thing I did look at on the RPS sales page about the Carbon disc vs. the one I have is TQ rating. Mine say's 700LBS or Torque and the high dollar Carbon say's 650TQ, how's that possible? But again I had my clutch changed from the original RPS. So who knows, have to pull it to see it. I'll once again post pictures. I'm all about what works and if it don't, I'm posting it. But I pretty damn sure I see the Carbon coming my way. On another note, Mustang girl moves in next week. She's selling the water front condo and moving my house. It's almost been a year of dating and we get along so well and I'm a good judge of character, plus she wants to pay half of everything which frees me up a lot. Because I've have this 3 bedroom house to myself and it's kinda over kill for one guy ,,, lol. So the Z will be moving very fast soon as far as parts goes which will be damn nice for a change.
